Booking
A booking sent through the website is a request for the time you chose. You get an automatic confirmation by email, and we confirm the final time with you by email or phone.
Prices
The prices on the website are guide prices for the packages and extras. If the size or condition of the car needs a different amount of work, we agree on it with you before starting.
Cancellations and changes
If you want to move or cancel your booking, let us know as soon as possible by calling 040 658 5377 or emailing info@vluxedetailing.fi. The booking emails come from an address that cannot receive replies.
Mobile service
The service is done at the address you give. Please make sure the car is easy to reach and there is enough room to work around it.
